There are no refunds on services purchased or services rendered. If at anytime you are unhappy with your service please contact us. Please note we will take each case on a case by case basis should you be unsatisfied with your treatment, we do not guarentee results.
Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment we may not honor your time. We will be happy to reschedule you and all service fees apply towards the future appointment.
We do not accept refunds on products. Product refunds must be handled through the company in which the product is distributed. Should you need assistance with product refunds please contact us.
Our Cancellation Policy is 24 hours in advance. Should you cancel within the 24 hours you will be charged 100% of the service fee and may rebook for another day. Please note we will take this on a case by case basis.
